The Monster Energy Australasian Supercross Championship, Super X, has received yet another boost with news filtering through this week that Jake Moss and Dan Reardon will be back for the 2009 series.
It’s all but confirmed that Moss will be contesting the series in the Open class for Shift Motul Suzuki alongside twin brother Matt, who is the defending champion in the Lites class for Suzuki.
Dirt Action broke the news last week that Dan Reardon will be back again for Woodstock Honda, the Queenslander also competing in the Open class on his return to Australia.
Confirmation on Chad Reed’s appearance is yet to be revealed as he lines up his manufacturer deal for 2010, while it is uncertain whether Michael Byrne will return to race in Super X despite finishing second to American Andrew Short in a Swedish Supercross race last weekend.
